Historiography of Economic History

This page contains a list of works that provide an overview of economic history as a field. There are many journals, syllabi, and other resources available online on economic history, but it seems like there is not a one-stop shop dedicated to the development of economic history as a field. Here is my attempt. Works are limited to review-article or survey-article types that describe the state of the art at the time of publication.
